It's not a supported method, is rather messy to setup, and you won't get any support from 3CX if it breaks. What I would do is: Set up a dedicated extension on both PBX installations. Configure the Generic SIP trunk on each PBX to connect to the extension on the other PBX. Configure routing and reformatting as required. Cross your fingers and hope it works. Do troubleshooting when it doesn't work (lots and lots of troubleshooting). PS: This assumes StartUP will allow you to do all of the above. A standard 3CX install will but I don't know about StartUP.
