Is there a legend for the buttons along the bottom of the 3CX phone, and for the messages that can appear above the "line" buttons?
I've combed through the help files, and searched the forum on "interface," but no luck. I haven't found a setting to turn on tool tips, either.
Otherwise, the softphone has been a real pleasure to use. I have CallCentric and they were very quick in helping me when I had at first gotten a number from them that had somehow still been under the control of another account.
