Intermittent error in Window app

When calling integrationd during inbound
There are cases where there is no response intermittently

For example, if you specify a url in the format below and the previous contacts do not answer the phone and come over, the above url does not work intermittently

What are the measures or reasons??

Hi @ThomB_3CX, indeed the beta app has many fixes in this area. Do you have an estimation of when these fixes will be released in the production app? We have some customers using the beta for now, but they should be moved back to prod.
