Intermittent hold message?

What is the best way to have a hold message such as:

Thank you for holding. We will be with you soon. Did you know that you can make
reservations, place takeout orders & purchase gift cards, for any of our locations, all online at
our website? xyz.com

Every couple minutes?

Only way it appears is to have a custom recording made with music that lowers for the talking every couple minutes.

At this point, there is no way to interject a separate, recorded message, into a hold music file, having 3CX mix the two. Perhaps a future feature? You would have to do, what you've mentioned, create a custom hold track, that has the voice message added to the music, as desired.

As @leejor said, if this is for the Global MOH then it would all have to be in the single file, unless of course you just create a playlist but I'm guessing using playlists would not be ideal.

If however you're talking about a Call Queue MOH(The MOH you hear while waiting in a Queue before an agent answers) then you probably would be able to utilize the "announce position" feature to achieve this.
