intermittent waiting for network message when connecting via ipv6

Hello all,

I recently enabled ipv6 on my 3cx Server (Windows, on Premise).

After that users started to intermittently get the message: "waiting for network" on the 3CX webclient.

This happens to external and internal clients.

When I disable ipv6 on a client that gets this message it immediately connects successfully.

What could cause this mesage?

Unless I missed something the firewall rules for ipv4 and ipv6 are identical.

This sounds like a network misconfiguration issue, I'd suggest you contact a 3CX Partner to assist troubleshooting.
