Internal Calls ok Outgoing calls no audio

I guys i´m new at this but in the first instalation i did it right but in my second instalation the outgoing calls have no audio rings at the destination i can hear the ring but after the call establish no audio . I have only log on next monday and the name of the router but if anyone can give an hint i would thank that.
