Internal calls on one extension to another extension goes straight to Voicemail but works on others.

Hi, I have one specific extension that is having an issue with calling another extension. When this extension 113 calls others it connects to them but it goes to vm on this one specific extension 105. The issues do not happen if 105 calls 113.
I have checked the activity log and it says Cause: 487 Request Cancelled/INVITE from 192.168.0.x
I have updated the firmware on both phones and extension 113 has been factory reset as well and it worked for quite some time but it is happening again.

Check under 'Forwarding Rules' for extension 105

Depending on the phone, check to see if any extensions have been blacklisted on the phone

There is nothing in there I also checked the phone and it is not in dnd as well
