Internal Server Error 500

Running v15.0.0, when I click on "Extensions" and then select an extension to manage. I am getting an Internal Server Error 500. Do you have any thoughts? I've restarted all the services and that did not remedy the issue.

I saw this sometimes in v14 and the extension was corrupt somehow. I had to delete and recreate.
Perhaps the devs have more on this.

From the exception you provided, seems that Prompt 210986B-9412-497f-AD77-3A554F4A9BDB has missing SetInfo.xml.

Did you perhaps restored a backup to cause this?

If so update to RC2 and if problem still persist PM and we will look into it!
