Solved Internal server error in 3CX portal

Since a few weeks we have an internal server error when opening the dashboard, users or phones panel.

3CX is installed on an on-prem debian installation.
Updating and rebooting the machine has no luck.

Any ideas what can be the cause of this issue?

File permissions in the phones templates or trunk templates most likely. Have you imported any custom templates in the system prior to upgrading to v20?

10 minutes after posting I came across a file that has root as owner. I changed it to phonesystem and now it works indeed!
