"Internal server error occurred. Please contact administrator" on users tab

Hello all.

We are using 3CX SMB free 10, and it's hosted by 3CX.
We have 1 desktop Yealink T54 Router Phone and 3 wireless phones via a Yealink DET Base W70B.

When I click on the users tab in the Admin Console, I get the following error: "Internal server error occurred. Please contact administrator".

I can access all the other pages and settings on the Console with my admin access, but not the users tab.
We have not set up any other user access for the console and I can log in without issues.
I was able to access the users tab a few days ago when the system was set up and has been running since then. (System has been running around a week)
Any suggestions on how to resolve this please?

If the issue is present on another browser / incognito mode (to rule out a cache issue on your end), then you will have to contact 3CX support for further help. 3CX Free is not something you have backend access to.

I have just completed nearly the same setup as @dericslab and I have the same result. I am completely shut out of the users portion of the admin panel. I have just installed an SBC on windows server 2019 on my domain controlled network. I added a Grandstream 810, but I used a different profile and was attempting to get it to work (It didn't) I have 3 users that have emails attached and 1 users I had just created moments before to house my IP phone configuration and act as a reception phone. Right after is when I lost access to the Users Section. Please help!

3cx Free (Considering moving to higher tiers, this is testing time)
4 users (3 with email 1 without but a desk phone assigned using SBC and auto configure)
Flowroute is being used for POTS, MMS and SMS integrated and currently working

I cannot see any issue with your installation.
Can you share a screenshot of your error?

@TheodorosG_3CX I'm also having the same issue recently. The only thing that changed for us was the update to v20 Update 1. This is the first time that I have tried accessing the users tab since the update was automatically installed on March 29th, 2024.

Hi @WillinPhilly

From what we can see the machine you are referring to is an on-premise machine and not an SMB machine.
What we can suggest is to navigate to the Voice & Chat section and delete all unsupported FXS and Dect devices.

GOOD NEWS, My Users Tab is working again. I did not change anything on my free install. I assume the free/colocated servers and SMB Servers are in the same hosing so likely you guys found the problem on your server side and fixed it for everyone. Please use our installation to further diagnose and collect data from as we would like to use your product in the future and hope to be part of the community and make sure things are running well for all in the future.

Is the system a v20 or v18 please?

To clarify, does this issue occur when you try to access the user's section? Or just one particular user?

Additionally, to double check, you dont have any supported devices (phones) trunks or Dect or FXS devices on his system correct?

It's users or phones. I just have some legacy Polycom Devices and two Snom devices. Well and the two SBCs. The Polycoms connect via one of the SBCs.

Did you use any custom templates for the legacy devices? Or are they using the 3cx default templates?

Hello, we i have exacty the same error and the same configuration , 1 T54W as Router phone and W70B as DECT Base. Problem appears after setup the T54W phone the first time.
