International call

Hi everyone.
I dont know if I post this problem here or other forum page.

I am from Brazil.
I need make a call for London.

I enabled Code Country and created the Outbound rule.
But I get a Warning of 404 Not Found or 484 Call Failed.
Does anyone have any idea what it could be?

Based on the message you receive it seems it is the SIP Provider rejecting the call. Is the IP you removed from the second screenshot that of your SIP Provider?

If this is the case, it may be because of the number format you are using. I see you are using E164 formatting, do you still get the same if you do not use the + sign and use the international exit code instead?

I will send message for my provide SIP for check this. But I removed IP in print. Only for security.
if i use the + sign the code is 404 Not found.

What SIP Provider are you using?

Try the following, disable E164 processing completely and then, in the Outbound Rule, prepend 0044 instead of +44, do you get the same results?

I disabled E164 and change in the Outbound Rule for 0044. But, Not Found.

There still seems to be something wrong with the format of the dialed number. Can also let us know what SIP Provider you're using? It may be that you need to also enter an exit/carrier code in order to place international calls.

If you're not sure, it might be best to reach out to your SIP Provider for more information on this.

The SIP Provider is Advance Telecom. Is a medium bussiness in my country.
I tried insert code state. 151 is area code state.

I will get more information with SIP Provider.
