We are an Australian company have used 3CX for years. Currently, our 3CX server sits in a Sydney data centre (connected into VOIP providers AU server) and works well to call from our Australian staff/offices to Australia or anywhere in the world.
However, we are about to expand to the US and when our US office will be making calls mostly to the US. We don't want the calls going from our US office to our Sydney server back to a US phone. This may lead to unnecessary delays and a drop in call quality.
I'm guessing we want a second server in a US data centre (connected into VOIP providers US server) that our US staff/office connects to and US calls don't route back to Australia then back to the US. Ideally we want to be able to manage this setup from our existing 3CX (not have to completely separate systems to manage) and we still aren't using all our call capacity under our current 3CX licence.
Can anyone advise the best way to do this that is simple to manage?
