Solved International format issue

Hi,

When I call, for example, +33987654321 the call log show that 987654321 was dialed.

When I call, for example, 0033987654321 the call log show that 0033987654321 was dialed.

Only the second format works.

Is there a way for 3CX to format the dialing correctly with the + sign?

Hello,

Go to Management Console > Settings > E164 Processing and disable Process E164 Numbers
