Intro prompt on queue greyed out

Hi,

we have just installed 3cx (version 15.5.15502.6) on our server to evaluate. All working fine but "play intro prompt options" on the queue are greyed out ? (music on hold options are ok ) can anyone advise why this would be ?

Although not listed, I am going to take a guess that this may fall under a PRO edition feature (Call queues) and you are running a Standard/Free licence:https://www.3cx.com/ordering/pricing/

Hello @cverrall

Please try accessing the management console from a different browser and make sure that you first enable the "Play Intro Prompt" check box. If you don't then the prompt selector will be greyed out.
