Invite packet loss

Hi everyone

We have a problem with generic sip trunk.
I know 3cx does not support this trunk.
But I thought maybe you can help.
When you call the sip number (3107932), 3cx does not respond to invitation packages from the provider. Therefore, it is not possible to accept calls.

Hi @AZE

First please do not share support info in a public forum. It contains all the info needed for your PBX to be hacked. Its like begging people to hack you.
Regarding your issue the Invites are not answered by the PBX because they are completely invalid. I am not sure who your provider is but you should change it now.
If you look at an Invite in wireshark you will see that also wireshark gives you a warning.
