I've got a client with a 17 Pro and the 3CX app is not working when connected to any WiFi network. Works fine on cellular. I know its not the 3CX config other users don't have issues (no one else running anything newer the an iPhone 16) Anyone else seeing an issue with the newer models? I can't replicate it on anything else running iOS 26. Already tried removing the app and reinstalling.

I found it odd that there were no options for local network access sliders in the settings either for 3CX app settings or in Privacy and Security -> Local Network like there were in iOS 18.

Running 3CX Version 20.0 Update 7

Following test is very useful regardless the iOS device/model/version:
- start the ***device*** camera (Camera app) and scan the QR code and see if you can download the profile in Safari.
Until the link won't download in Safari there's no chance the client will work either.
- or, similar, try to open the webclient in Safari - again, if doesn't work, the client won't work either.

I was able to confirm they were able to reach the web client just fine. Nothing in the blacklist. Seems to be just the app having issues.

iOS 26.0.x unfortunately has several documented connectivity issues, particularly affecting Wi-Fi connections. The problem you describe-lack of local network access and failure of Wi-Fi functionality (while the cellular network works) - is part of this broader issue impacting the iPhone 17 series.

The good news is that Apple is aware of these connectivity problems and is actively working on a fix. The correction is expected to be implemented in iOS 26.1, although it may arrive sooner via an upcoming security update for the iOS 26.0.x series.

Until the update is released, you may wish to try the following temporary workarounds:
• Reset Network Settings (Settings → General → Transfer or Reset iPhone → Reset → Reset Network Settings)
• Ensure your router is running the latest firmware with Wi-Fi 7 support
• Verify that WPA2/WPA3 encryption is enabled on your network

I recommend keeping an eye on iOS updates in the coming weeks, as Apple is likely to resolve this issue at the system level.

I knew I wasn't crazy! Guess we will wait and hope for a fix.

Another un-install and re-install of the app seems to have done the trick for now but, last time we did that it went back to the same issue.
