IOS App(s) won't ring this morning

Can't seem to receive calls on the IOS App(s)... was working until a couple hours ago, event log is filling with many similar messages:

Failed to send APNS PUSH to device iPhone13,3iPhone(Ext.1xx). Internal exception occured: The request was canceled due to the configured HttpClient.Timeout of 100 seconds elapsing.

Any insight is appreciated, thanks.

Hi @Brendan D could you please open a technical support ticket with us. You can do it from the partner portal.

In this way we can gather the logs for analysis.

They seem to have fixed it overnight, hopefully you see it the same way...

Confirmed my client is back up as of this morning. I did a restart of all services overnight just in case, not sure if that was the solve or just coincidence.

We have been working on this issue since last night, and it seems to be now resolved, but do let us know if anything changes.
