Voice commands to allow the 3CX user Apple driver keep his hands on the wheel and eyes on the road:
- check a service - predefined: Siri enumerate Receptionist, Echo Test, Call Back, user tells which
- join a conference - dynamic: Siri presents active and scheduled conference, user tells which
- join a queue - dynamic: Siri presents the available queues, user tells which
- join a ring group - dynamic: Siri presents the available ring groups, user tells which
- make a call - dynamic: user tells a name or number, Siri presents available matched contacts (extension, bridge, personal, company, CRM, device) user tells which, Siri presents available kind of phones (extension, mobile, business etc) user tells which
- set queue status - predefined: Siri enumerate Logged In, Logged Out, user tells which
- set status - predefined: Siri enumerate Available, Away, Do not disturb..., user tells which
- show contents - predefines: Siri enumerates Recordings, Missed Calls..., user tells which
Siri also provide voice errors for, for instance, No Account or feature not available on MCM, or chat feat disabled and so on
There are also the standard Siri "Call xxx using 3CX" and "Send a message using 3CX"
This is a prototype we're playing with, there's no guarantee will remain like this, but just to have an idea for now.
