I posted this in the iOS forum but I don't think anyone even saw it so I am copying it here as well.
V16.0.504 Professional Annual 16 channel license. installed on Debian running bare metal on a Dell R220. i3 processor with 8 GB RAM.
Comcast Modem in full bridge mode > Ubiquiti USG > Arkanis managed PoE 48 port network switch.
All phones are Yealink T46G. 24 in total All users are also using the mobile app. 21 using iOS and 3 using Android.
On only one iOS device, we cannot get return audio. The user hears audio but the caller cannot hear anything besides a loud hiss. We have rebooted the device, reinstalled the app, tried with PBX delivers audio. We have tried using without the tunnel option, No change. Firewall test passes without issue. And other iOS devices work fine when logged into that extension. To add insult to injury, it is the main receptionist that is being affected.
Thanks in advance.
