Solved IOS PWA stay my staus offline

Hi all,

I dont know if someone is getting this issue since the update v20. IOS mac do not have the desktop version actually and need to use the PWA or the webclient as well.
However, while using this option, even connected my status appeared offline to all members forming part the default department.

At my side i can call someoneone but someelse cannot call me it goes directly to my voicemail.

On another note all my rights is activated, i mean presence, call and operation. and also i have only the default department created.

In the the alpha 6 RC i saw that some bugs from the webclient was fixed and i have update the 3CX to same to see if it can be fixed but the issue still persist.

Can someone help me regarding this, because it is an hassle especially that i have no more option to use the PWA for IOS Mac.

When using web clients, please note that in version 20, they utilise push notifications, which must be enabled for proper functionality.

You can enable these using one of the following methods:

1. Click the bell icon at the top left of the web client and allow the notifications when prompted.
2. Alternatively, you can enable notifications through your browser settings by clicking the icon next to the URL in the address bar."

3. Try this: If you have missed the bell icon, you can add it manually by pasting the URL below into the browser.

chrome://settings/content/notifications?search=notification

In the section above, add the URL to the web client. This will then show the users as registered.
