IP Blacklisted and cannot login as Admin

Hi,

Anyone can help me how to unblock IP blacklisted and how to login as Admin as below message appears

Login access denied. Too many incorrect login attempts. Try later or contact the Administrator.

An easy way of getting a different public IP is using mobile data on your smart phone to attempt the login again.

If it's Blacklisting your public IP, you can also try a simple VPN and if it's a privet IP you can change it from a dynamic one with DHCP to a static one
