IP Blacklisted issue

I recently set up a free (Less than 10 users) 3cx account to try out the 3cx platform to see if it's worth investing in. I wanted to setup a Yealink T48s to trial to test functionality and ease of registering it to the platform. I was able to set it up in the admin portal and get it to autoprovision and grab its configuration. However, the phone won't register for some reason. The real problem I have is that I can't troubleshoot it because since the phone is attempting to register multiple times and fails, 3cx blacklists my IP. And since the phone continues to attempt registration it keeps my IP blacklisted. So I have to factory default my phone to stop it from registering and wait 24 hours to attempt it again, but I don't really get anywhere because I retry the provisioning, the phone attempts registration, locks me out, I can't troubleshoot, and I'm back to where I started. I have seen some mentions of a whitelist section in the admin portal that allows certain IPs all the time, but I don't see that option in my web portal. Maybe because its the free version? Anyway, how does one fix this? This seems ridiculous because you're always going to have some phones that will fail registration for some reason or another. So it's going to blacklist and lock you out every time that happens? And connecting through a completely different WAN connection as a workaround is not a solution. I am just trialing this to see if its a good solution and so far I'm not impressed and I'm not going to pay for support for a solution I am just trialing.

Hi Steve,

Since you are using a T48S you'll need to install a 3CX SBC for 3CX FREE: https://www.3cx.com/docs/3cx-tunnel-session-border-controller/

Without it, phones try to connect directly on 3CX and we do not allow that for security reasons (it will get banned for 24H)

By the way, if you have any T4_U series phone it can act an SBC (router phone) both for itself and the other phones. If not, you will need an SBC as mentioned above.

PS: Also ensure you are using this firmware before provisioning your phones for best results:
https://www.3cx.com/docs/phone-firmwares/

I downloaded the SBC (Windows) and set it up with the URL and authentication that I set up in the admin portal, but now I am blacklisted AGAIN from the admin portal. Its been like this for over 24 hours. My phone isn't attempting to register because I factory defaulted it until I could get the SBC working.
