I just purchased the SMB license, hosted by 3CX. When attempting to provision the Yealink t53 as a router phone, my IP was blacklisted. Phone is on most current firmware (96.86.0.70). From what I can tell, I cannot delete a blacklisted IP from the hosted SMB console so I have to wait 24 hours? What happens if there is another issue with the phone...do I have to wait 24 hours each time? That seems rather ridiculous. Any help appreciated.

Hi Ryan, please note that the firmware must be the one listed here to avoid blocking the ip address.

If by any chance your ip gets blacklisted again you may contact your 3cx partner assigned to open a support ticket with us to release the blocked IP. If still don't have a partner you may find one in this link.

Have a great weekend!

To add further on this, the ip will be whitelisted after 24 hours if you not open a ticket with the Technical Support.
