There is no way to control the blacklist on SMB or 3CX Free. You must ensure that the court firmware is applied to the phones before trying to provision them.So there is no control whitelisting in the 3cx hosted management system? I have done other onprem, and cloud hosted full 3cx deployments and can whitelist there. This is not an option for the 3cx hosted?
Thank you Charles. Kind of a scary thought if for some reason one of my customers got black listed and I would have to say sorry, no phone for 24 hours. There is no way to control the blacklist on SMB or 3CX Free. Thank you I appreciate the information. That would be $75 per support ticket correct? I'm thinking the best solutions, even for my small customers is to put some type of on premise device and use the Pro version if I am concerned with being blacklisted and having that control to whitelist my own IP if needed. Would you agree?Hi, as mentioned by my colleague there is always the option to open a support ticket![]()
