IP Blacklisted

Hello,
I tried to connect a T58W, but i didn't realise it was the wrong version of firmware and now my IP is blacklisted, i reseted the phone, but my ip is still blaclisted after 24H...
Somebody can help me ?

Did you reset your phone and upgraded it to the correct firmware?
