IP BLACKLISTED

Hello I am on free 3cx and I seemed to have managed to block my IP address. I have no way of unblocking it, how do I fix it asap?? How do I contact support????

SMB/Free accounts can't access the blacklist. I suggest disconnecting all devices, and waiting the 24 hours. Then before reconnecting any phones factory reset them.

You can try from another IP. Or use a VPN, though VPN IPs often get blocked.

Yikes, I might have to change to a different phone system. I can't believe they don't have something where I can say hey my IP got blacklisted... is if my ip gets blacklisted, I wait 24 hours, what if it happens again do I get permanently banned???

This is the free pbx and you get blocked for reasons. Find the cause and fix it, the IP will be free again after 24 hours. Alternatively, buy a license and you'll have full control.

All I did was provision a YeaLink T54W phone and plug it in and 3cx loaded then immediately blocked my IP. So everytime I get blacklisted its 24 hours??

If it had old firmware, trying to add it as a router phone can fail and trigger a block. Upgrade first. And of course reset the phone so it doesn’t keep trying.

Correct, you got blocked because your firmware wasnt correct. But anyway, phones are only supported until U10 final (maybe September).
