IP Blacklisted

Hi,

In my management console i can see two blacklisted IP's which I dont know. I searched for the location and it show USA.
Is this an attempt to hack the system. Should i be carefull on something

This is just the 3cx system doing its job of protecting from unauthorized access attempts. You don't need to take any further action. Although you may consider taking these blacklisted IP addresses and blocking them on your broader device/firewall so that they can be removed from the 3cx system to not take up any unnecessary resources.
