Hello,

when I provision a Yealink W60P via STUN on a freshly installed 3CX Debian the IP adress gets always blacklisted. The error message in the activity log is "Credentials don't match, check that authorization-ID and password match the ones in extension settings", but they match 100%! The phone's and the base station's firmware are up2date. I already tried to put in the credentials in the phones manually, but the result is the same...

Thanks in advance!

Have you checked the firewall ports, and does the firewall check pass ? -

How are you provisioning the phone, are you typing in the provisioning url into the base station web frontend ?

Have you tried disabling ssl security certificate check -

Have you unticked 'Disallow use of extension outside the LAN (Remote extensions using Direct SIP or STUN will be blocked)' in version 15.5 SP4 or previous version Disallow use of extension outside the LAN

Yes, I did that.

Thanks, I'll check that!
Hi,
First remove the IP from the Black list table.
After that:
  • Edit the extension that you are using
  • Navigate to the "Options" tab
  • Disable the "Disallow use of extension outside the LAN" feature
  • Repeat the steps for all used extensions
Keep us informed about the results.

Hello Aram, that's so emberassing, I forgot to uncheck this option. Thank you very much, this thread can be closed now.

Glad to see the issue has been resolved
