Ip negotiation

Hello to everyone. There are tree users who has moved their phones from one office to the other, and not I don't see their phones, but I can see their extensions. And to all of them it shows for IP that it is negotiation, they fail to obtain an IP from DHCP. The phones stayed in the same network. The phones are Fanvil X4.

I think you are having networking problems, so this is not really related to 3CX.

You will have to troubleshoot your LAN and DHCP in this case to find out what went wrong.
