IP Phone Delete from User - Stuck in Phones List

So, here is my issue. I have a system that was originally installed a few years ago with v18. I had to reinstall with v20 and recover from backup a week ago. We had a staff change and I deleted the previous persons phone and extension, but it is sill on the phones page and it won't let me use it again. How do I delete it from the phones page so that I can use it again.

Hi,

As it's in the PnP list as a device? If you assign it to another extension it should just reprovision with that data.

I was fighting with issues that the MAC was already in use. It does seem to be working better this morning.
