I am trying to add an IP phone to a user. we are on professional v20 Update 4, Hosted by 3cx
I am trying to add an IP Phone to a user , users>IP Phone , add GrandStream GRP-2616 , I add the MAC address into 3cx user panel online and hit 'save' , I then hookup the GrandStream GRP2616 to the internet , connect to wifi and the phone pulls in the 3cx phone logo and the extension number and username , but I get error "Account Is Not Registered"
I have updated the firmware on GrandStream to 1.0.7.33
