Why are some of my external ip phones sending their internal ip to my 3cx, like they are at my home, 2 of mine are getteing their external ip, but not all of them?

More information required here:

* Where are you seeing this behavior (in a Wireshark trace, in the PBX etc).

* How are these phones setup to the system (remote STUN, SBC, VPN methods).

* Where is the 3CX system located (on a hosted provider platform, in your or another local premise )

* Network topology including if you have access to the network firewalls and what they are.

i host it at my home.
they connect to my 3cx.eu domain.
their ip is shown on the phones tab.
some of the it on the users external ip, others on their internal ip to my 3cx, why dont they show their external ip, the error is on snom 360, not the other phones, snom 760 and yealink phones is ok.

Hello @Arne Larsen

How are the phone provisioned to the PBX? Are these local devices or remote? Please note that Snom 360 phones are not supported for remote provisioning as they have reached their end of life and should only be used as local devices. Please see the known limitations in the guide below. https://www.3cx.com/sip-phones/snom-300-320-360-370/
