iPhone App Speakerphone Option Not Displaying Correctly

This has been like this for a while but after switching to Speakerphone, this is the option I’m given when trying to switch back. I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app.

Is known iOS problem, not app(s), started to occur with iOS14 - you could check the following way:
- while in a call, slide down the Control Center and tap the airplay button and you will see the same issue.
Usually a device restart solves the problem.

Do you mean it temporarily solves the issue?

I cannot give you a 100% sure answer - it happened to me also couple of times and I had a feeling it occurs after an iOS update; so if this is the case then yes, is temporarily.
