yep after about half hour after writing it here it all worked

We have noticed intermittency on this service across MANY systems. Welcome emails not going out, reports missed on some systems, and voicemail notifications being missed. Started Tuesday or Wednesday and missed call reports as recent as 4am on the 1st Has anyone spoken with tech support about this by chance?
