Is is possible to downgrade from 32SC-ENT to 16SC-ENT ?

In the portal.3cx.com site, I need to renew, and I see an option to Upgrade, but I don't see an option to Downgrade.

You need to contact your partner for this.

I don't have one. I purchased directly from 3CX back in 2019 and deployed the system myself.
