I have a hosted 3CX environment. Is it possible to allow other users to have access to the subscription to allow for better renewal notification and also to allow for multiple people to be able to pay for the subscription? I am not seeing a way to grant them access to see the system.
Also, seems pretty harsh to have the whole hosted environment just delete right after it is expired. Granted at least for me email notifications are easy to miss and I would like to have as many eyes on this as possible, so we do not lapse and have the phone system just deleted.
