Is it possible to delete old chats - Part III

Hello

Is it possible to delete old chats? A colleague created a (group) chat we do not need any more.
The solution here https://www.3cx.com/community/threads/is-it-possible-to-delete-old-chats-part-ii.75226/ does not help.
The Delete option is missing on Chat Log Menu Verison 3CX 16.0.8.9.

In the current version of v16 there is no option to delete specific or only old chats. This however is addressed in v18 which is currently in Alpha. You will be given the option to configure 3CX to automatically delete chats older than X months.
