Is it possible to display contact name in Windows App?

Hello!
I want to change the display contact name and I'm doing some tests with the AttachCallData component. As I searched the forum, I found a post that performs this adjustment. Is there any detail that needs to be adjusted?

NOTE: I tested it on other apps and it worked correctly.

Another doubt: Do you have any documentation of the variables that I can change in 3cx? If not, how can I see too many variables that can be changed?

There's no docs about those call data.

Also, the Windows app (older windows client) doesn't support that. Only the newer DesktopApp.

There's no way beside knowing them.

The only two I know of are the displayname override, and the public_crm_contact which is a JSON of the CRM match.
