Is it possible to get education discount without a partner?

We are a small school and I am interested in getting the 3CX upgrade to 16sc with education discount - so far we have bought direct. How do I get a quote to assess my options? The blog post says

How to Claim your Discounts​

All upgrade, renewal and new license discounts (excluding 3CX Hosting) are automatically applied at checkout in the 3CX Portal.
For education-specific discounts, partners should contact their Account Manager. If none is assigned, use the official contact form.

But the contact form just sends me in AI circles. Any advice?
