Is it possible to link 3CX Webinars to a group of extensions?

I would like to be able to have a group of extensions so that when any extension schedules a webinar, it will show up with the shortcode for the plugin. I have tried creating a queue and using the queue extension in the plugin, but that did not work.

If I understood your request right (and correct me if I'm wrong please) what you want to achieve is to have the web client dynamically give a code snippet to whoever schedules a webinar, so they can then post it on their personal wordpress page?

No, I want to be able to use only one shortcode on a single page and have it so that multiple 3CX users can schedule a webinar and have it show up under that one shortcode. The Wordpress plugin requires that you link to an extension, but then that limits it to only one person with the ability to schedule them. I would like to have that extension go instead to a group of users so that no matter who schedules the webinar, it will come up under that one shortcode.

Understood. This is not possible unfortunately, the plugin needs to read a list of planned webinar events from a specific extension in order to get this done. Groups do not contain such information because they are not a separate entity like an extension is, hence they are not compatible with the way the plugin was designed.

I can propose an alternative in case it works for you, to create a separate extension for Webinar management, which your group of users can share if they want it all under one roof. They just log in to the webclient with those credentials to manage or conduct the webinars as needed.
