Is it possible to modify caller ID info?

Is it possible to re-order or omit info thats prepended or appended to numbers?

I have some length Q/Ring Group/DID names and would like to know if i can display for example just the inbound rule name?

Unfortunately no, it's all or nothing. You can simply use Q or RG name if the inbound rule as no name.
