Is it possible to replace self signed cert with a trusted one ?

Hi 3CX support,

we installed a pbx with self signed cert and it has ssl issue in browser: https://sip.xxxxxxxxx.ie:5001
Is it possible to replace the cert from gui or ssh console with a trusted one ?

or the only way to change the cert is a complete reinstall of the pbx instance ?
