Is it Possible to set for extentions with "Disable External Calls" option a voice prompt message

Good day 3CX Community,

I trying to find ability to set Voice message for EXT. who has turned on option "Disable External Calls" . But i could not find it.

When user trying to make a call to any external numbers his phone just cut off the call ( user hear a silense ) and user can not understand whats goes wrong! To explain the situation, it would be nice to install a voice message that warned the user that calls are prohibited from his Internal number by the system.
If user use soft phone ( Windows or Mobile ) and do the same call , status message inform user about restriction for a few seconds ,

to me it says " forbidden by admin".
if you don't like it, replace the system message file with your own according to the documentation.

If the call just cuts off, check that the setting 'Play Busy prompt when extension is busy' is enabled on the extension.

1. To enable this, log in to the Management Console
2. Click Settings
3. Select General
4. Under 'General Options' enable 'Play Busy prompt when extension is busy'.
