Is my last migration V20 ended properly ?

Hi ,
i did one migration v20 tonight, and I just received the backup email but then nothing more.

So is this normal? does it means migration is not fully done?

Can you check 3CX team, what happened and let me know if this good anyway ?

Were you able to login to the PBX as System Owner after the upgrade?
Have you received a confirmation email?
