+ is not working on outgoing rules

I have an issue with ongoing rules, + is not recognising in outbound rule.
For locally calls dailing with + not working, which is important as everyone saves phone directory with + ,

Could you check the following?

Access the Management Console and go to "Settings >> E164 Processing", if it is enabled, disable it completely and then try again.

Dear Chris,
I have disabled E164, it works with local calls, but the same problem happen for the international calls now.
When I enable E164 only local call issue , can not call with + , when disable

It works for local callawhen I disable E164, but it's not working than for international.

What are you dialing to make international calls?

Could you provide an example of what format the number you dial is in?

Also, could you attach a screenshot of your Outbound Rules?
