Solved Is the Group/Department "AzureAD" needed in V20?

After Configuration of M365 Sync in V18 there was created a Group named "Azure AD". After update to v20 it was converted to a Departmend with this name. It that required in V20 with M365 integration too? Or can i delete that Department?
