Is the Patton SmartNode 4118 4FXOx4FXS supported in 3CX ?
How would you go about configuring it ? As a 4114 and ... ???

3CX Usually will not support mixed mode gateways (meaning FXS/FXO). While you can make it work (keep an eye on the ports, skip 2 at the time) I suggest you purchase 2 devices to handle your needs.
