Is there a centralized Voicemail Box or prevent voicemail deletion?

The receptionist listens to voicemails in the morning and then is deleting them.

The administrators do not get a chance to listen to them.

Is there a way to have the voicemail got to multiple users voicemail box so they can also hear voicemails or at least prevent the receptionist from deleting the voicemails?

3CX does provide group voicemail boxes. I would look into using that feature. You could then assign uses to the group or use a email distribution group to forward the voicemails to multiple people.

Alternatively, you can take a look at our 3CX Voicemail Manger tool for enhanced group voicemail, and the ability for managers/administrators to view, listen, and generally manage voicemails of people they manage.
