Is there a PUSH that will pass all the caller id info?

We noticed with Google Push, that all the Caller ID info is not passed. Only the phone number. Is there any other PUSH clients out there that actually pass the NAME and NUMBER? We noticed that if the phone is awake, and the PUSH is not needed, all the Caller ID info passes just fine.

If the App is active (registered) then all info, normally passed, for an incoming call, will be available. There is an ongoing discussion on this topic in the 3CX Android Forum.
