Is there still no way to assign extensions 70 and 77 to users?

In a 2017 thread it states that extensions 70 and 77 are used as system extensions and that once a system is installed they cannot be used.

We have a need for using the same extensions as the previous system, which were in the 70 range.
We do not have a 3CX backup with such extensions since we cannot create a new 3CX system with extensions in the 70 range anymore.
How would I go about setting up a new 3CX system, on premise, that would have extensions 70 through 79 free to use?

Hello, you can edit the audio conference extension from settings --- conference -- audio

However the extension assigned to the PIN Protect IVR can not be modified.
